Chocolate Glazed Banana Bread
My mom loves chocolate. When she saw this Banana Bread with Chocolate Glaze on the cover of Cooking Light this month she immediately came to me and asked me to make it for her. Oh yeah, my mom hates cooking and avoids it at all costs. I have no idea where my love of cooking and nutrition came from. Anyways, I made it for her today and it came out so amazing. It makes the whole kitchen smell amazing too!
