Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl, set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together sugar and eggs until combined. Add in the Greek yogurt and vanilla, beat to combine. Slowly add in the flour on a low speed.
- Turn the mixer off and fold in chocolate chips.
- Place 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10 minutes.
